In coordination with the Director of Admissions and Vice President of Enrollment Management, the Slate CRM Analyst is responsible for the administration and support of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The Analyst will provide guidance and support to functional users in the day-to-day management of Technolutions Slate functionality supporting Enrollment Management initiatives, including event management, travel, building complex queries, communication support, management of admission applications, document management, data uploads into Slate, and integrations with the Student Information System. The Slate CRM Analyst will possess a proven track record of designing and implementing creative solutions within Slate, extensive knowledge of data logic and querying tools, the ability to respond and learn quickly, exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills as well as a drive to improve the FLCC Slate instance. The Slate CRM Analyst must have the ability to learn complex, detailed processes and meet deadlines; ability to work with minimal direct supervision and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including all groups within a diverse, multicultural community. The Analyst works directly with the Director of Admissions to align the use of Slate to meet the college’s strategic enrollment goals. They will develop implementation and integration strategies for the Slate CRM, manage the functionality of features within Slate, as well as system-related processes for end-users within the Enrollment Management division offices to ensure standardization of use and data.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of Slate-specific experience in Enrollment Management is required.
Essential Functions:
Manages data integrations and assists with validation on the feed of data between systems, vendor files, forms, and records within the Slate CRM system.
Develops in-depth knowledge of data integrations and business process data usage ensuring optimal data integrations and troubleshooting when necessary.
Imports data into the Slate CRM from external sources and exports data for distribution to various departments.
Provides the data required to meet the needs of the Enrollment Management offices by using query and report management tools and researching data requests to support institutional goals.
Builds and updates all Slate CRM-hosted applications and forms.
Identifies and assists with resolving related processing and technology problems.
Assists with the implementation of automated communication plans, including template design, population segmentation, personalization, testing, and deployment, as well as the creation of population groups for campaigns.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of security/user profiles to ensure system and data integrity.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of various data and process structures, including but not limited to events, forms, portals, letters, fields, entities, datasets, and processing rules.
Creates, edits, formats, tests, and launches all email and text campaigns according to the communication plans and on an ad hoc basis as needed for both Enrollment and Advancement.
Serves as the liaison between the Information Technology Services and Enrollment Management divisions to define requirements for Slate CRM enhancements.
Recommends and builds requirements for system process enhancements of all Admissions applications, including competitive degree programs (e.g., Nursing, International).
Works closely with various departments/offices across campus to ensure policy and procedural understanding and adherence.
Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to identify additional uses for the software platform and provide guidance on implementation thereof.
As necessary, provides support to recruitment activities managed by Admissions Counselors to ensure continuity of operations and support of the annual recruitment plan.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.

Competitive starting salary in the range of $54,388 to $57,107 and is commensurate with qualifications
A flexible work schedule is available upon successful completion of training. This position follows a hybrid model, with a combination of on-site and remote work.
